Our staff is here to ensure you receive "hands-on" assistance for your palace needs. We will never simply give you an answer then leave you to your own devices.

We are an education based company, meaning we love to teach. Every new palace account starts out with our default template system. As a new account or novice builder, you may find these rooms helpful in getting you started. There is never a charge to move your account from your current host to our servers.
